Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to enter into a contract where you live. You're using the app for your own personal, non-commercial dating and matching purposes. One account per person.

Men send toffees to women they're interested in. Women see a weekly ranked feed of the men who sent them the most toffees. If a woman likes a man back, it's a match and both can chat freely. Women pay nothing. Men pay for toffees (payment flow rolling out soon).

• Pretend to be someone else, or use photos that aren't you.
• Harass, threaten, or send unwanted sexual content to anyone.
• Solicit money, promote a business, or run a scam.
• Post nudity, illegal content, or content promoting violence.
• Try to break the app — scrape data, reverse-engineer, spam APIs.
• Sell, resell, or transfer your account to anyone else.

When you sign up we ask you to take a selfie. This is used to check that your profile photos are actually you. If the check fails or you skip it, your account can't be used to send or receive toffees.

Toffees are a virtual, non-refundable in-app currency used only inside Salted Caramel. Toffees you buy expire 30 days after purchase. Toffees sent but not liked back come back to you after 7 days. We may adjust these rules with reasonable notice.

All payments are final. If a payment doesn't credit your account within an hour, write to Email us with the transaction reference and we'll fix it.

You keep the copyright to your photos and messages. You give us a license to display them inside the app to the people they're meant for (matches, feed, discovery). We don't use your photos for marketing without asking.

We can suspend or remove any account, without notice, for breaking these terms — especially harassment, fake profiles, or scams. If you think we're wrong, reply to the ban email and we'll look at it. Unused toffee balances are not refundable on ban.

The app is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it up but we don't promise uptime, matches, or that people you meet are who they say they are. Meet in public places, use your judgement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to competent Indian courts.
